Ireland Shipping Costs:

Republic of Ireland Nationwide Delivery:

Each Package up to 30Kg Maximum: An Post - €10.00 + Vat 

Any one item above 30Kg: Transport *Pallet Delivery: €65.00 + Vat 

*€30.00 + Vat (discounted pallet rate available on Large Lifting Chains)

Shipping/Courier Information:
Currently we offer delivery options via our national courier An Post within the Republic of Ireland for €10.00 + VAT for packages up to 30Kgs and a local Haulier for oversized orders/pallet €65.00 + VAT. We also use An Post to ship to customers in Northern Ireland but as of this time (February 2026) there is a variable and slightly higher shipping price. We do not have option to select shipping to NI online but customers can contact us either by email or by phone to order on 00353 93 26300 and we can ship to Northern Ireland with An Post.

Pick Up in Store for Free Information:

*New: We now offer the option to buy online and Pick Up for FREE in Store. When checking out select the option "Pick up" instead of "Ship" and leave your details to organise a pick up time in Unit 47, N17 Business Park, Tuam Co. Galway H54Y002. You will receive an email to let you know when the product is ready, 24 hours is standard time for most items but please feel free to ring us and ask if will be ready sooner.

International Shipping Information:

International orders are common for us but you cant place the order online. We use a local freight company and GLS to ship internationally regularly. Simply contact us by email accounts@liftingequipment.ie to see if we ship to your location and to get a competitive quote for shipping. If we don’t ship to your location you can arrange to purchase the product and organise "Ex-Works" pickup with your own choice of haulier/courier which is a common option for clients we have shipped to in Malaysia, Ivory Coast, USA, UAE & more).

Order Shipping Timeline:

Orders received before 2pm will strive to be shipped the same day providing the item is in stock (Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday - unless Bank Holiday). We pride ourselves on having physical stock in our shop/warehouse in Tuam but on the off chance the item is not in stock we will contact you immediately to discuss options. We aim to deliver within 1-2 business days but cannot guarantee this delivery time due to a third party courier (An Post) being involved but most deliveries arrive the next day.

Once your order is boxed and ready to go we will provide a tracking number for your shipment automatically by email. Please ensure you provide a contactable telephone number when ordering at checkout for the delivery driver when you are completing your purchase. If you notice any issues with your tracking number such as the parcel scans hasn't been updated for days or says it was delivered when it wasn't, please contact us immediately and we can help track it and speed up the process for you if possible.

Once you receive your package please check your items and if there is need for any returns, due to change of mind/faults or damage during transit; you must notify us immediately at accounts@liftingequipment.ie or by phone number above. Please take photos to help us identify any issues and also keep all documentation, original packaging and any material which made up the shipment.

Please read our returns policy before you purchase any items as some items including chain assemblies do not qualify for returns. It is important that you understand this information as the items will be non refundable.
