Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days (change of mind or “cooling off” period) of your order for standard stock products only. If we have already dispatched the product, it needs to be returned to us at the address below before a refund can be applied. You will however be liable for the courier/delivery charge to return your item to us. Once we receive the goods in original packaging and condition (unused) we will process the refund. Refunds will not be provided for goods which do not match the above description.
Non-Standard Stock Products: The “change of mind” or 14 day “cooling off” returns policy does not apply to Non-Standard Stock Products due to safety risks associated with used materials. These items will be listed as such in the description and refers to any items which are made to order and manufactured by our company to a specification. This includes; chains assemblies (all grades), tie down chains, chain slings, lifting chain assemblies, custom webbing slings, along with any product which was specifically designed for an application. These items are not covered under EU consumer rights directive legislation as they are customised and likely to deteriorate/expire quickly with use. Please note that items which are Standard Stock Products but are shrink wrapped for protection can NOT be returned under 14 day cooling off period if protective shrink wrap which has been applied during production is opened or damaged as this renders the item used. This applies to Web slings and Roundslings.
Faulty Products: If you receive your items and you notice a “major” fault (preventing the item from working from the outset), you must write to us immediately notifying us of the fault and we can organise a refund or replacement. We must however receive the faulty goods in original packaging and condition (unused) before we can process the refund. We will pay for the courier/delivery charge to return your item (ask us can we organise a pick & collect service with our courier to make it easy).

Have peace of mind knowing we offer a 14 day change of mind period on standard stock items. As long as the item is unopened & good as new we can refund you with the click of a button its that easy (Just be aware that custom, Non-Standard items like Lifting or Tie-Down chains do not count as standard items, read the returns policy below for information).
